Broth from offal is a rather specific dish, and not all offal turns out really well. Chicken heart broth is an exception. It will be moderately high in calories, tasty, fragrant and almost transparent.
Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 800 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green onion - 2 pen
- Water - 2 l
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean and rinse the hearts, cover with water and cook for about an hour over medium heat.
Finely chop the onion and carrot and fry in vegetable oil.
Add the roast to the hearts along with salt, and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Sprinkle the broth with chopped green onions.
