The main rule of any salad is that the ingredients should be well combined with each other. In this recipe, it is done one hundred percent. To make the taste more expressive, I add lime juice. It can be replaced with lemon juice, vinegar or completely excluded.
Ingredients
- Red Beans (canned) – 240 g
- Bell pepper (different colors) – 3 pieces
- Green onion - 3 stems
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 tbsp.l .
- Lime juice - 1 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the green onion and peeled bell pepper.
Rinse canned beans under running water.
Mix the oil and lime juice separately.
Mix the beans, bell pepper and green onion.
Season the salad with salt and oil.
