- Salad mix - 160 g

- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.

- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice the ham, cut the figs into pieces and arbitrarily chop the mozzarella.
Put everything on the salad mix and season.
For dressing, mix the oil, lemon juice and Dijon mustard.
