Wash the beef, pour cold water and cook for 1 hour.
Peel and slice potatoes and onions.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
Add potatoes, garlic passed through the press and cook for another 5 minutes.
Fish the beef out of the pan, cool and cut into small pieces.
Put the roast in a saucepan, add the washed corn and cook for another 10 minutes. Leave some corn for serving.
Chop the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
Add chopped beef, cream, salt, ground pepper and heat for another 2 minutes on low heat. Do not bring to a boil!
Remove the soup from the heat, pour on plates, garnish with chopped green onions and corn.
