Ingredients
- Sausage - 300 g
- Cucumbers - 2-3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Green peas - 150 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Green onion - 4 pen
- Mayonnaise - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs, carrots and potatoes until tender. Let them cool and peel.
Cut all the ingredients into the same cube, chop the green onions and add the peas.
Season the olivier with mayonnaise to taste.
