Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Bow purple - 200 g
- String beans - 200 g
- Peking cabbage - 200 g
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l.
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Olive oil - 60 ml
- Vinegar - 20 ml
- Spices and seasonings (for Korean carrots) – 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the mushrooms into thin strips and fry for just a couple of minutes.
Boil the string beans for 2-3 minutes.
Chop onion, Peking cabbage and pepper, and mix everything together.
Add chopped chili, crushed garlic, herbs and sesame seeds.
Heat the oil and add sugar, vinegar and spices to it.
Pour vegetables with mushrooms and leave to infuse for a couple of hours.
