- Bell pepper - 2 pieces

- Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the wood mushrooms into thin strips and fry until soft in olive oil.
Add the sliced pepper, chopped chili and garlic. Fry for another minute.
Remove everything from the heat, add ground ginger and chopped green onions.
Season the salad with soy sauce, sesame oil and wine vinegar.
