This salad with crab sticks and pickled mushrooms is very easy to prepare and has repeatedly helped me out when guests were literally standing on the doorstep. Therefore, I still advise you to take note of it!
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 150 g
- Corn - 150 g
- Pickled mushrooms - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the crab sticks and pickled mushrooms. Once I cooked this salad with honeydew, and it was also good.
Add corn and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything carefully so as not to crush the ingredients.
If desired, place the finished salad on plates using a serving ring.
