- Hunting sausages - 3 pieces
- Smoked chicken - 200 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Meat broth - 2.5 l
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Olives - 1 bank
- Capers - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Add the sliced sausages and chicken, and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add the tomato, and simmer all together for 5-6 minutes.
Add the thinly sliced cucumbers and simmer for the same amount.
Send the potatoes and roast into the boiling broth, and cook the hodgepodge until the potatoes are ready.
5-7 minutes before the end, add the olives and capers.
