Radish is one of the classic ingredients of okroshka, which is now often forgotten. But it is she who gives the dish a spicy piquant taste even without any spices. Before serving, I advise you to add a little chopped green onion.

- Radish - 150 g
- Mustard - 1 art.l.
- Kvass - 1.5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs and potatoes until tender and let cool.
Chop all the ingredients as small as possible and chop the green onions.
Add grated radish or daikon.
Mix okroshka with mustard and pour kvass.
