For this salad, I recommend using quail eggs – it's more beautiful and faster. In addition, you will need ham, olives and a few more ingredients, which I will tell you about later in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Ham - 200 g
- Quail eggs - 4-6 pieces
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Cheese - 80 g
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs until tender and cut into slices.
Thinly slice the ham and coarsely – cherry tomatoes.
Add the olives and lettuce, mix the salad and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Pepper and season the dish with olive oil.
