Of course, it takes quite a long time to cook chickpeas, but at the same time your participation in the process is practically not required. For refueling, ordinary butter or yogurt is suitable.

Separately boil chickpeas, beans, quinoa and chicken until tender. To save time, chickpeas and beans can be taken canned.
