Such an unusual salad is very difficult to attribute to any particular cuisine - so many traditions are mixed here. The main ingredients are mussels and quail eggs, but these are not all surprises. Serve it with teriyaki or honey mustard sauce.
Ingredients
- Salad mix - 180 g
- Quail eggs - 6 pieces
- Mussels - 250 g
- Almond petals - 2 tbsp.l .
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the mussels in olive oil until browned and mix with soy sauce.
Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes after boiling, cool and chop.
Put everything on the salad mix, add olives and sprinkle with almond petals.
