The lightest and most dietary version of olivier is undoubtedly obtained with chicken breast. Moreover, it can be prepared in any convenient way – boiled, baked in foil or simply fried. This does not affect the further preparation of the salad in any way.

- Chicken breasts - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Green peas - 100 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken with spices and wrap in foil. Wrap the potatoes and carrots in the same way.
Put everything in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Boil the eggs and let all the ingredients cool.
Cut the olivier products into small cubes, add the peas and season the salad with sour cream.
