If you like smoked red fish, by all means prepare this salad. He will not need special culinary skills, everything is impossibly simple! Yogurt can be replaced with sour cream, but in this case the salad period will be reduced to 3 hours.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (smoked) – 150 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Spinach (baby) – 100 g
- Lettuce - 50 g
- Capers - 1 tsp.
- Greek yogurt - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into thin slices.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Peel the purple onion and cut it into half rings.
Peel the eggs from the shell and cut in half.
Mix salad leaves, spinach, fish, onion and capers.
Add salt, ground pepper and mix gently.
Put the chopped eggs on top and pour over the Greek yogurt.
