Ingredients
- Ham - 300 g
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Iceberg lettuce - 1 head
- Green peas (canned) – 1 bank
- String beans - 150 g
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wrap the beetroot in foil and bake at 190 degrees for about 45 minutes, depending on its size.
Boil the string beans 2-3 minutes after boiling.
Cut all the ingredients to taste and put the salad on plates.
Season with olive oil and season if desired.
