Crab meat goes well with shrimp and other seafood – it's no secret. I propose to supplement them with another ingredient familiar to Thai cuisine – juicy and fragrant mango. Be sure to choose a ripe sweet fruit!
Ingredients
- Crab meat - 150 g
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Mango - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Parsley - 3 twigs
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Arugula - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut mango, pepper and onion into small cubes.
Fry or boil the shrimp until tender for 3-4 minutes. Season as desired.
Add crab meat, arugula and chopped parsley.
