Classic seafood salad – there is nothing superfluous in it. Unless you can add spices and herbs to taste or pour it with teriyaki sauce. But even without decorations and elegant serving, such a dish turns out to be a win-win.
Ingredients
- Mussels - 200 g
- Sea cocktail - 200 g
- Squid - 2 carcasses
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Olives - 1 bank
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the squid for 3-4 minutes in boiling water and cut into rings.
Fry the shrimp, mussels and sea cocktail together for about 7-8 minutes with a minimum amount of oil.
Finely chop the bell pepper with olives and mix the salad.
