Ingredients
- Mussels - 250 g
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Curry - 0.5 tsp.
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the mussels on a mixture of two oils, defrosting.
After a couple of minutes, add soy sauce, season with curry and fry for another minute. Remove from the heat.
Finely chop all the vegetables and mix the salad. If desired, season with more oil.
