I want to share with you a recipe for an unusual salad with crab sticks. The spicy taste of the dish is given by the dressing, as well as a combination of olives, avocado and feta. A successful combination of products for both a festive table and a family dinner in a hurry.

  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Ground black pepper - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Prepare the marinade: mix water and balsamic vinegar, add salt and sugar.

Cut the red onion into thin half rings and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Chop the crab sticks coarsely.

Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and cut into thin slices, cucumber - in small pieces.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone, carefully separate the pulp with a spoon, then cut it into slices.

For dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce, add chopped garlic and ground black pepper to taste.

Place crab sticks, avocado, pickled onions, cucumbers, diced feta on a dish in any order, add olives and bell pepper on top. If desired, the salad can be supplemented with any greens.

Pour the salad with the prepared dressing, season with salt and pepper to taste.
