Salads with processed cheese are usually quite homogeneous, and are best suited for tartlets or similar snacks. But this recipe with coarsely chopped pickled mushrooms is not like that at all!
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (pickled) – 300 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Processed cheese - 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs and chop them coarsely. Similarly, slice the pickled mushrooms.
Chop the herbs, green onions and garlic. Grate the melted cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix the salad and season it with mayonnaise.
