Be sure to add this salad to your diet menu. It is healthy, delicious and surprisingly easy to prepare. Most often I use cashews and walnuts, but you can add almonds, hazelnuts, flax seeds or sunflower seeds.
Ingredients
- Lettuce - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Prunes (without a bone) – 60 g
- Cashews - handful
- Walnuts - handful
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground cinnamon - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cashews, walnuts dry in a frying pan and lightly chop.
Rinse the prunes and fill them with warm water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water and dry the prunes with paper towels.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands, chop the tomatoes.
Mix lettuce leaves, prunes, tomatoes and both types of nuts.
Add spices and salt to taste, season the salad with oil and mix gently.
