Ingredients
- Red cabbage - 300 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Yogurt - 5 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage as small as possible and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Mix the vegetables and squeeze them a little with your hands. Drain the excess juice.
Mix yogurt, Dijon mustard and all spices.
Fill the salad with this dressing and serve it to the table.
