Ingredients
- Turkey (boiled) – 300 g
- Radish - 150 g
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 4 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out the turkey and lightly brown.
Put the meat on a board and slice.
Cut the radish into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix salad mix, radishes and turkey slices.
Add salt, Dijon mustard, remaining vegetable oil and mix.
The finished salad can be sprinkled with sesame seeds, flax seeds or hot pepper flakes.
