Ingredients
- Minced pork - 350 g
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Parsley (fresh) – 5 twigs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 3-4 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put minced pork in a deep bowl, add finely chopped onion, beat in an egg.
Add cottage cheese, chopped herbs, salt and spices.
Mix everything thoroughly and put the bowl in the cold for 15 minutes.
Pour breadcrumbs into a saucer. Form cutlets with wet hands and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Put the blanks in a frying pan, in preheated frying oil. Cook for 4 minutes on medium heat on one side, and on the other side for another 3 minutes, covered with a lid.
Ready-made cutlets can be served immediately, with sliced vegetables, herbs or vegetable salad.
