Ingredients
- Tangerines - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Water - 6 glasses
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tangerines and put them in sterile jars.
Boil water with sugar and cinnamon, boil for a couple of minutes and pour over the tangerines.
Sterilize the jars for another 20 minutes in boiling water and roll them up for the winter.
