To make the chicken fillet as tender and juicy as possible, it is better to let it marinate for at least half an hour. The ideal option is to leave it overnight. Red meat can be cooked in a similar way.

Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut into small pieces, simultaneously cutting off all the excess.

Add salt and spices to taste. Keep in mind that mayonnaise also contains salt. For a brighter taste, you can use coriander, paprika or a ready-made mixture for chicken (shish kebab).

Add mayonnaise of any fat content and chopped garlic. Instead of the usual garlic, you can use dried crushed.

Mix fillets with mayonnaise and garlic. Cover the bowl with clingfilm and put it in a cool place for marinating. Wait half an hour or an hour.

Preheat the grill and lay out the chicken pieces. Cover and cook until the beep sounds – about 6-7 minutes.
