Ingredients
For Omelet:
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 20 g
For filling:
- Cheddar Cheese - 50 g
- Ham - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the eggs, dry them and break them into a bowl.
Add salt, ground pepper, warm milk and mix well with a fork until smooth.
Grease a frying pan with butter and heat over medium heat. Pour in the prepared mixture and fry for 1 minute. Turn down the heat, cover and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, cut the ham into cubes.
Put the finished omelet on a warmed plate, put the ham and cheese on one side. Fold the omelet in half.
