Every minute is precious in the morning, so there is no way to prepare complex breakfasts. In such situations, an omelet helps out. Experiment with different fillings and every day you will have a new dish. I'm telling you the recipe for an omelet with ham and cheese.

Ingredients

For Omelet:
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
  • Milk (warm) – 2 art.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter - 20 g

Wash the eggs, dry them and break them into a bowl.

Add salt, ground pepper, warm milk and mix well with a fork until smooth.

Grease a frying pan with butter and heat over medium heat. Pour in the prepared mixture and fry for 1 minute. Turn down the heat, cover and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, cut the ham into cubes.

Put the finished omelet on a warmed plate, put the ham and cheese on one side. Fold the omelet in half.
