Pollock with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese in the oven

This fish can be cooked both on a normal day for dinner or lunch, and on a festive table. Pollock fillet turns out juicy and tender, soaked in tomato juice and the aroma of spices.
Ingredients
- Pollock (fillet) – 400 g
- Mushrooms - 6-7 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2-3 pieces
- Cheddar Cheese - 70 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grease the baking dish with oil. Thawed pollock fillet cut into small pieces, put in a mold, add salt and sprinkle with spices.
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into plates. Place on top of the fish and lightly add salt.
Tomatoes are also cut into thin circles, put on top of the mushrooms. You can sprinkle a little dried herbs.
Grate the cheddar and form the last layer. Put the mold in a hot oven and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let the finished dish cool down a little, then cut into pieces with a spatula and serve with fresh herbs.
