Prepare bulgur with mushrooms and onions for lunch or dinner. This is a hearty and healthy wheat porridge. You can make it more viscous or more crumbly by adjusting the amount of liquid. Any mushrooms will do. They can also be fresh or frozen.

Put the pre-washed bulgur to cook. You can cook it in a regular saucepan or in a slow cooker, taking two parts of water for one part of cereals. Add salt to the water. After 20 minutes Bulgur will be ready.
Wash and chop the mushrooms. Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Send the mushrooms and onions to fry. Turn down the heat and fry for 5 minutes, stirring.
Pour 70 ml of water or broth. Throw in a pinch of spices and salt, put out the mushrooms for 10 minutes. If desired, you can leave more liquid.
Put the mushrooms and onions in a saucepan with bulgur. Mix everything together.
Serve the side dish in its own form, or supplement the portion with fresh vegetables, pickles, herbs.
