Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 600 g
- Fig - 1 glass
- Meat broth - 2 glasses
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ribs, cover with soy sauce with spices and leave for half an hour.
Cut all the vegetables into medium pieces and put them in a mold.
Put the washed rice on top and the ribs on it.
Pour in the broth or water, season to taste and bake everything together in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees under foil.
