Cook the omelet in the oven. It's simple, though a little more time-consuming. Prepare the ingredients, pour them into a greased mold and send them to the preheated oven for half an hour. Fill out the form by a third, as the omelet will increase in size.

- Chicken eggs - 6 pieces
- Cream - 3 tbsp.l.
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Greenery (any) – 3 twigs
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter (for lubrication) – 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cherry tomatoes into circles, chop the greens, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Whisk eggs with ground pepper, salt and cream.
Add grated cheese, herbs and mix.
Grease the sides and bottom of the mold with butter. Pour in the prepared mixture and lay out the tomato slices.
Bake the omelet for 15-20 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
