Try to cook a classic dinner - turkey cutlets with mashed potatoes. You can use both homemade and store-bought minced meat. The juiciness of the cutlets depends on the fat content of the minced meat.

- Potatoes - 600 g
- Butter - 20 g
- Milk - 60 ml
- Minced turkey - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 30 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the peeled potatoes, cut into pieces and cook in salted water until soft (20-25 minutes).
Add butter and milk to the potatoes and mash them in any convenient way until they are mashed without lumps.
In a bowl with chilled minced meat, add salt, spices, egg and chopped (chopped, grated) onion.
Mix the minced meat thoroughly and let it cool in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour.
With wet hands, form small round or oval cutlets, spread in hot oil. Fry on medium heat for 4 minutes on one side.
Under the lid, fry the cutlets on the other side for another 3-4 minutes. Serve mashed potatoes and cutlets hot, with fresh herbs and sauces – if desired.
