Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 600 g
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix soy sauce, oil, spices and crushed garlic.
Marinate the legs for 15 minutes and fry them over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Turn the legs to the other side and fry for another 7-10 minutes under the lid.
Pour in the remaining marinade, turn up the heat a little, and stir the chicken for another 3-5 minutes.
