I recommend to all lovers of Italian cuisine to try this pasta with tuna and tomato sauce. Bright and fragrant, it perfectly saturates. A wonderful full-fledged dinner for the whole family after an active day. Moreover, it is prepared quite simply!
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pasta until al dente.
Chop the garlic and cut the onion into small cubes, and then fry in olive oil until golden.
Add tuna along with butter and chopped rosemary, mash the fish and fry for another minute.
Add salt, pepper and other spices – if desired. For example, Italian herbs or oregano.
Pour in the tomato juice so that it covers the fish completely. And if there are tomatoes in their own juice, then it's generally ideal.
Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for about half an hour on low heat, stirring.
Mix the pasta with the sauce, and sprinkle with grated parmesan when serving.
