- Ground beef - 300 g
- Minced chicken - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Bread (wheat) – 2 slices
- Milk - 70 ml
- Dill - 1/2 beam

- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 30-40 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a large bowl, put the ground beef, as well as chopped onion and egg.
Break the crumb of wheat bread into pieces and pour in milk, let it soak for a few minutes.
Lightly squeeze the crumb and transfer it to a bowl. Add minced chicken, chopped herbs, salt and spices to the same place.
Mix the minced meat thoroughly and you can start frying the cutlets.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Form oval or round cutlets with wet hands, put them in a frying pan and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Turn the cutlets to the other side, cover with a lid and cook for another 4 minutes.
Serve the cutlets hot or warm, with a side dish or vegetables.
