- Beef - 800 g
- Bell pepper - 400 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Water (purified) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, dry thoroughly and cut into small cubes.
Peel and slice the bell peppers and onions.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the beef over high heat until golden brown.
Add the onion and cook until it becomes transparent.
Add bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, bay leaf and black pepper. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring gently.
Put the meat and vegetables in a suitable dish, add salt, hot water and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
