Delicious sea bass fillet in batter can be cooked in just half an hour. Thanks to the dough shell, the fish inside remains tender and juicy. You can use any thick batter – on sour cream, milk, kefir.
Ingredients
- Sea bass (fillet) – 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour (wheat) – 2-3 tbsp.l.
- Milk - 30 ml
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the sea bass fillet, rinse and dry.
Cut the fish into pieces, add salt and sprinkle with spices.
Beat an egg into a bowl, add wheat flour.
Pour in the milk, throw in a pinch of salt and mix so that there are no lumps. Lower the pieces of fish into the batter.
Put the sea bass in batter in a frying pan, in hot vegetable oil. Fry on low heat for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve the fish hot, in portions or on a shared plate. Serving dishes can be supplemented with vegetables, pickles, herbs.
