Hake is sold not only in the form of fillets, but also in whole carcasses. Usually they are already butchered and without a head, so it's enough just to send them into the oven. I tell you how to cook such fish. Just keep in mind that the baking time may vary. The smaller the fish, the less it needs, so don't over–dry the tender white meat.

Ingredients

  • Hake - 4 pieces
  • Rosemary - 2 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.

Wash the fish and rub with salt and pepper.

Put the hake on parchment, sprinkle with chopped rosemary and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
