- Potatoes - 600 g
- Pork - 450 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 50 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin circles.
Cut the chilled pork of medium fat content into thin slices.
Put the meat slices on a board covered with plastic wrap and beat them off on both sides with a hammer.
Put half of the potatoes in a form greased with oil. Season the pieces with salt and pepper.
Next, lay out half of the pork.
Salt the pieces of meat, sprinkle with pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
Next, repeat the layer of potatoes, pork, and put the onion on top in half rings. Cover the mold with foil with holes and send it to a hot oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Potatoes should become soft.
After 40 minutes, make a layer of grated cheese and put the mold in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Cut the finished dish into portions and serve hot. A portion before serving can be supplemented with fresh herbs.
