- Broccoli - 70 g
- Sea bass (fillet) – 2 pieces

- Spices and seasonings - to taste

- Teriyaki sauce (for submission) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare broccoli – divide into inflorescences. Then, together with the corn, put it in salted water for 5 minutes.
Defrost sea bass fillets at room temperature, dry them from excess moisture.
Salt the fish, sprinkle with spices and sprinkle with lemon juice. If there is time, you can leave it for a quarter of an hour. Then bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Fry the blanched vegetables in a frying pan in refined oil for 5 minutes, stirring.
Put the baked fillet on a plate, add the toasted vegetables. Pour over the teriyaki sauce and serve.
