Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 800 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Cornflakes - 100 g
- Flour - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken legs with spices to taste.
Beat the eggs with flour, pour over the legs and mix.
Chop the flakes, roll the legs in them and fry in a frying pan on all sides in a large amount of oil, as in deep-frying.
