- Beef - 800 g
- Noodles - 300 g
- Potatoes - 200 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Tomato paste - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Star anise - 3 asterisks
- Salt - to taste
- Greenery (for submission) – 20 g
- Water (cleaned) – 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop beef, tomatoes, peeled potatoes, carrots and onions.
Peel the garlic from the husk and lightly crush it with the handle of a knife.
Heat the oil in a deep cauldron, pour in the beef and fry until golden brown.
Add the onion and carrot and continue cooking for 3-5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, potatoes and fry for another 10 minutes.
Add star anise, black pepper, garlic and water mixed with tomato paste. Cover with a lid and simmer everything together for 40 minutes.
Add salt, turn off and leave to infuse under the lid.
In a separate saucepan, boil the noodles until tender.
Arrange the noodles on plates, add the soup and garnish with herbs.
