The simplest and most versatile supplement to morning porridge is dried fruits. And millet porridge was no exception. Raisins, dried apricots or prunes are perfect here. Or you can experiment with dates and figs to your taste.
Ingredients
- Millet - 1 glass
- Cream - 1 glass
- Water - 2.5 glasses
- Dried apricots - 1 handful
- Prunes - 1 handful
- Raisins - 1 handful
- Dried Fruits - 1 handful
- Butter - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the millet and pour boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain the boiling water.
Put the cereal in the bowl of the slow cooker, pour in the water and turn on the "Porridge" mode for 45 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add cream, butter and chopped dried fruits.
Stir and cook the porridge until the end of the program.
