Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour cream (15% fat content) – 50 g
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.l .
- Tangerines (medium) – 2 pieces
- Corn Starch - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - half a glass
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the tangerines with boiling water and dry them with a towel.
Cut some beautiful circles from one tangerine and set aside. Peel the rest from the peel, films and grind in a blender.
Rub the cottage cheese twice through a sieve.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy foam.
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, chopped tangerines, vanilla essence, semolina and ground cinnamon.
Sprinkle with corn starch, mix well again and leave for 10 minutes so that the cereal swells a little.
Put the mass in a greased form and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Decorate the hot casserole with tangerine slices and pour over the remaining melted butter. Thanks to this, an appetizing crust is formed on top.
