Rice casserole with chicken and cream in a slow cooker

You can cook the simplest rice casserole with chicken and cream even in the bowl of a slow cooker. If you want it to keep its shape better and cut into neat pieces, add a couple of eggs or a handful of grated cheese to the cream.
Ingredients
- Fig (boiled) – 300 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Cream - 200 ml
- Butter - 30 g
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Turn on the frying mode for 20 minutes.
Finely chop all the vegetables and garlic, fry until soft for 5-7 minutes, and set aside.
Separately fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes and also set aside.
Fry the flour in butter until golden. Pour in the cream, season and simmer a little until thickened.
Add boiled rice, chicken and vegetables, mix the mass thoroughly and tamp a little.
Cook for another 40 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
