Finely chop or grate the onion, mix with minced meat and season.

Add an egg and 1-2 tablespoons of semolina, according to consistency. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.

Form small cutlets with wet hands and roll in the remaining semolina.

Put them on parchment and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees. After 15 minutes, turn it over.
