Quick and simple cottage cheese casserole with apples is prepared in the microwave in a matter of minutes. Serve it with tea or strong coffee, and optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour honey. It tastes no worse than from the oven!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Apples (sweet) – 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cottage cheese with a blender and mix with the eggs.
Grate one apple on a grater, and add to the cottage cheese. Put the mass into molds.
Place the slices of the second apple on top.
Cook the casserole in the microwave for 5-7 minutes at maximum power.
