If you prefer porridge with a thicker consistency and pronounced texture – this recipe for thick corn porridge is especially for you. Corn groats in general perfectly allows you to experiment with proportions.

Ingredients

  • Corn groats - 90 g
  • Water - 400 ml
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Bring the water to a boil.

Turn down the heat and pour the grits in a thin stream, stirring.

Cook the porridge, continuing to stir, for about 10 minutes. At the end, season.
