Spicy marinade with spices and mustard, crispy potatoes on top and tender inside - it's all about carp with potatoes in the oven. An easy-to-prepare dish can become the main thing on the festive table and surprise your guests and relatives.
Ingredients
- Mustard - 4 tbsp.l
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l
- Salt - 1 h.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the potatoes for baking. To do this, clean it, rinse, remove excess liquid, cut into slices and sprinkle with your favorite seasonings and salt to taste. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet, sprinkle with vegetable oil.
Prepare the fish. Rinse it, clean it of scales, dry it from excess moisture.
Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix all the ingredients. Rub the fish well with marinade and put it on top of the potatoes. Cover the baking sheet with a layer of foil and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180C.
10 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil and bake the fish and potatoes until golden brown. When serving, you can decorate with slices of lemon.
